About Us
GRASS was established in 2019, beginning as Chiba Mobile, a mobile phone shop and an authorized agent of three major telecommunications providers in Japan: Docomo, au, and UQ. Building on this foundation, GRASS later developed the GRASS Mobile brand, specializing in affordable SIM card and Wi-Fi rental services, as well as telecommunications solutions designed to support foreign residents in Japan. Over time, GRASS has expanded beyond telecommunications into visa support and real estate services, serving not only the Vietnamese community but also customers from Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal, and many other countries. Today, GRASS has further expanded its presence into Vietnam with the establishment of a local branch. We have a professionally trained and highly skilled team dedicated to providing attentive support to every customer, guided by our philosophy: “Reliability You Can Count On.” GRASS is committed to being a trusted partner, providing convenient and sustainable solutions for foreign communities in both Japan and Vietnam.
