ABOUT GRASS INTERNATIONAL
GRASS International provides comprehensive services for foreigners in Japan, including visas, recruitment and telecom (SIM/WiFi). Founded in 2019 in Ichikawa City, Chiba, we are proud to be a trusted bridge between Vietnam and Japan.
Over time, GRASS has grown beyond telecoms into visa and recruitment services, serving not only the Vietnamese community but also many other nationalities such as Myanmar, Indonesia and Nepal…
Our professionally trained, highly skilled team serves every customer with dedication, guided by our motto: “Trusted to walk with our customers”.

DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY
2019
Founded Chiba Mobile
Started as the Chiba Mobile phone shop – an official dealer of Docomo, au and UQ in Chiba, Japan.
2019+
Launched GRASS Mobile
Launched GRASS Mobile, offering cheap SIM/WiFi rental and telecom support for foreigners.
2022
Expanded into Visa & Recruitment
Expanded into visa and real-estate services, serving Vietnamese, Myanmar, Indonesian and Nepali communities.
2025
Opened Da Nang branch, Vietnam
Established GIV (GRASS In Viet Nam) in Da Nang, bridging visa services and Japan–Vietnam cooperation.
